Supports in effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to ****uate various business ****natives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.The work model for the role is: onsiteYou will be mainly accountable for: ● ● Drives business planning and forecasting process for their area of responsibility.● Analyzes business performance versus plan and proposes improvement ****s● Ensures timely and efficient communication with relevant business colleagues to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency for their area of responsibility.● Defines and implements internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations.● Assesses business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance.● Improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial planning.Qualifications for the role ● ● Strong finance professional with at least 8 years experiences running sizeable business as finance partner.● Experiences in Automotive Industry or engineering projects is highly preferred.● Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills.● Role model for HSE/compliance/internal controls.● Analytical mindset with ability to influence decision-making.
