Summary1. Technical lead the mechanical design team and the digital simulation team,2. Organize and control the design of internal and external team,3. Monitor sub-supplier (planning/design/simulation),4. Support Project Management and lead Engineering Proposal.Primary responsibilities1. Responsible for the mechanical design of the project assigned and ensuring they are properly conducted in terms of quality, lead time, cost and regulation. Manages and coordinates the implementation of the various stages of study,2. Responsible for the organization of design team and ensures the distribution according to specialties and the tasks,3. Oversees all the challenges and provides advice on request in case of difficulties.4. Ensures compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality.5. Close working with his superior of project needs in manpower tools and materiasl means to achieve compliance with the requirements cited above.6. Ensures the cleanliness of workstations, storage and discipline in the group.7. Suggests improvements to increase productivity.8. Following specifications established by the customer, he makes helped by his task force or available outsourcing the study work.9. Participates in the development of specifications for accurate and detailed purchased equipment (supporting PM and Controls responsible)10. Verifies that customer’s norms and standards are defined and applied.11. Transmits to other department specific requests of supply.12. Work together with the department leader ****ion of subcontractors for study, and monitor the subcontractor of mechanical design.13. Establishes the minutes of meetings after business reviews (customer, site visit, contractors, etc ...) and feeds back accordingly,14. Informs the PM of any missing in the specifications which could increase additional costs, as well as any issues may impact intime delivery,15.Transmits manufacturing and assembly designs/drawings in a form allowing a smooth and productive work,16. Transmits the BOM to material planning team and follows the modification of the orders.17. Provide solutions of issues trigged during the assembly phase,18. Provides the classification of its documents following standard principle at tk AB, ensures the realization of the documentation on time, no impact to the reception thus end payments.Knowledge & skill requirements1. Degree of Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor or above),2. Software skills: Catia, AutoCAD, MS-Office products, Microsation,3. 4 - 8 years' experience of BiW welding line mechanical engineering (mechanical design and robot simulation),4. Skilled in English and communication.
