主要職責(zé) Main Responsibility:1.AR management, including registering and verifying sales ledgers, auditing the invoice issuance process, monitoring the payment terms and collection status of accounts receivable, maintaining the aging of accounts receivable and accrue bad debts. 應(yīng)收管理：負(fù)責(zé)銷售臺賬登記及核對，審核開票開具流程，關(guān)注應(yīng)收賬款的賬期及回款情況，應(yīng)收賬款賬齡維護(hù)及壞賬計(jì)提2.Prepare the AR details and monthly breakdown according to the requirements of line manager 按照上級經(jīng)理要求準(zhǔn)備月度明細(xì)賬報(bào)表，各月份對比分析報(bào)表3.Handle bank payments/receipts, including draft and receipt management, bank journals, online banking reconciliation, and foreign exchange receipts/payments in strict compliance with bank, foreign exchange and tax rules. 銀行收付款相關(guān)事宜，包括匯票、收據(jù)管理，銀行日記賬，核對網(wǎng)銀，嚴(yán)格按照銀行外管稅務(wù)的規(guī)定進(jìn)行收付匯管理4.Employee reimbursement management: Review reimbursement forms and enter expense vouchers per company rules control expenses to ensure compliance 員工報(bào)銷: 根據(jù)公司報(bào)銷制度，審核費(fèi)用報(bào)銷單及錄入費(fèi)用憑證，進(jìn)行費(fèi)用管控，保證報(bào)銷單據(jù)合理合規(guī)5.Make accurate and timely invoice booking for raw materials as required Input VAT invoice verification and output VAT invoice issuance. 原材料發(fā)票匹配及入賬，進(jìn)項(xiàng)稅金認(rèn)證/銷項(xiàng)發(fā)票開具6.Audit the expenses according to internal control requirement, entry booking, accrue and deferred expenses booking. 按照內(nèi)控要求審核費(fèi)用, 憑證入賬，預(yù)付帳款、預(yù)提費(fèi)用、待攤費(fèi)用等憑證編制7.Take part in Annual stock taking and fixed asset counting. 參與年度存貨及固定資產(chǎn)盤點(diǎn)8.Assist to complete internal and external audit. 協(xié)助公司內(nèi)審和外審9.Print and binding vouchers in time. 及時(shí)打印整理裝訂憑證10.Any other tasks as assigned. 上級安排的其他事項(xiàng) 任職要求Qualification：1.Bachelor’s degree in finance / Accounting, With Accounting Certificate2.At least 3 years financial working experience in production plant, experience in NMC auto industry would be a plus.3.Experience in AR and with good sense in AR management.4.SAP experience is preferred.5.Accurate and in time, ability to work under pressure.6.Good English in both written and oral.
