Responsible for engineering and technical aspects of the second and third party audit, provide technical support to customers,6. Responsible for the company's internal daily to promote and improve engineering process, ensure the daily operations6. Other matters required by the company.1. 負責公司工程團隊管理（含新品導入，DQE，制程設計開發(fā)，制程改善全過程）及相關KPI的推進；2．負責建立和優(yōu)化公司技術標準體系及設計開發(fā)體系；3．負責公司現(xiàn)有制程技術的提升及新產品系列的開發(fā)及制造可行性評估；4．負責工程部門技術力的培訓和提升以及新版技術標準的導入；5. 負責第二、第三方的工程技術方面的審核，同時向客戶提供技術支持，6. 負責公司內部工程相關過程的日常推進和改善，確保日常公司日常運營；6. 公司要求的其它事務。任職要求：Job requirements:1.30 to 40 years old Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electrical university graduate, PMP certificate is preferred2. Above 8 years working experience, at least 3 years Engineering manager working experience in related industry Cable, PCBA, injection molded parts or the whole machine research and development experience is preferred3. Based on hl-tech corporation, IATF16949 project development requirements for project development4. Skilled application of APQP five manual tools such as risk analysis5. Be familiar with hl-tech corporation, IATF16949 IPC610/620, ISO14971.The FDA or MedAccred audit certification experience is a plus6. Able to speak, read and write fluent English 7. Result oriented, compressive ability is strong Have enough foresight and management planning ability.1．30-40歲；機電大學本科以上，研究生及PMP管理證書優(yōu)先2. 8年以上工作工程經驗，工程經理同等崗位3年以上；有Cable，PCBA，注塑件或整機研發(fā)經驗優(yōu)先3. 基于ISO13485、IATF16949工程項目開發(fā)要求進行項目開發(fā)；4. 熟練應用APQP五大手冊，風險分析等工具5. 熟悉ISO13485、IATF16949，IPC610/620，ISO14971；有FDA或MedAccred審核認證經驗的優(yōu)先；6. 英語熟練，英語可以當做工作語言，有長期和歐美大廠工作的經驗優(yōu)先7. 以結果為導向，抗壓能力強；有足夠的前瞻力和管理規(guī)劃能力；
