職位信息1、負責編寫產(chǎn)品工藝，編制作業(yè)指導書；2、負責產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝流程、工藝標準的制定與實施，分析、解決現(xiàn)場工藝問題；3、負責對產(chǎn)品進行新材料、新工藝、新技術的應用4、分析解決客戶投訴的產(chǎn)品質量問題，制定、實施糾正和預防措施；5、產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)中的不良分析，提出流程改善、設備改善、環(huán)境改善、治工具改善對策6、生產(chǎn)過程中材損及制損判定及時反饋給相關單位7、試產(chǎn)跟蹤及過程控制，產(chǎn)出試產(chǎn)報告及標準工時表8、協(xié)助產(chǎn)線組長指導產(chǎn)線員工執(zhí)行標準作業(yè)9、治工具的設計與改善任職要求：1、有3年以上電子產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、工藝、生產(chǎn)、品質等相關經(jīng)驗；2、掌握常用的工藝工程方法與工具，熟悉生產(chǎn)工藝、產(chǎn)品性能、產(chǎn)品結構。能夠獨立對異常進行分析并提出有效的改進方法；3、有較強的獨立分析問題、解決問題的能力，良好的溝通能力，有團隊精神，執(zhí)行力強，工作認真細致，責任心強。
