投資分析師崗位職責(zé)
1、維護(hù)并開(kāi)發(fā)高凈值客戶，為客戶提供全面財(cái)富管理服務(wù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶資產(chǎn)保值、增值；
2、解讀證券及行業(yè)資訊，提供投資建議，滿足客戶的個(gè)性化投資需求；
3、證券行情與市場(chǎng)信息分析，宏觀、策略、行業(yè)研究，撰寫(xiě)相關(guān)分析研究報(bào)告；
4、舉辦高端投資策略報(bào)告會(huì)，為客戶進(jìn)行專業(yè)知識(shí)普及。
5、培訓(xùn)投資顧問(wèn)，促進(jìn)投顧隊(duì)伍發(fā)展；
6、研究并推廣證券行業(yè)創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)。
工作地點(diǎn)：唐山、石家莊

投資分析師任職資格：
1、經(jīng)濟(jì)或金融專業(yè)，重點(diǎn)大學(xué)（985，211）全日制本科以上學(xué)歷，碩士研究生可優(yōu)先聘用；
2、具備證券投資咨詢資格，咨詢經(jīng)驗(yàn)滿三年優(yōu)先考慮；
3、有較強(qiáng)的行業(yè)分析和研究能力，能夠敏銳地把握證券市場(chǎng)中的趨勢(shì)和熱點(diǎn)，能夠獨(dú)立撰寫(xiě)分析研究報(bào)告；對(duì)各類證券信息及研究成果能很好的理解轉(zhuǎn)化以服務(wù)于客戶和銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)；
4、具備高超的演講和營(yíng)銷推廣能力、較好的書(shū)寫(xiě)能力、較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)研究能力及客戶溝通能力；
5、正直、有責(zé)任心、積極上進(jìn)、有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和服務(wù)意識(shí)，能承受工作壓力；
