Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences/Pharmcy/Physical Chemistry/Chemistry
2. Good writing and oral English skill.
3.2-3 years formulation research working experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Main Responsibilities：

1. Formulation research and development including literature search, study design and experiment execution.
2. Work with material management team for raw material identification and equipment purchasing
3. Develop product manufacturing process and in-process and finished product testing specification
4. Responsible for process scale-up and validation for commercial production
5. Responsible for product packaging process development and qualification
6. Responsible for process technology transfer from outside organization.
7. Responsible for project related GMP document preparation, including SOP, Batch Record, Study Protocol and development report.
