崗位職責(zé):
Job Description:
1.Manage the selection and audit of CRO providers
2.Identify the molecular and functional read-outs of vitro and vivo appropriate to the project
3.Participate in the development of study protocols (pharmacology, dosages, mechanisms of action, etc.), follow-up studies with the CROs and the collection and analysis of data
4.Ensure that deadlines are met
5.Write or control the writing of the scientific reports of the studies and provide regular reporting to your direct leader
6.Participate in the preparation of patent applications
7.Maintain a scientific and technical watch
8.Manage a team of project managers
任職資格:
Job Requirements:
1.Doctor of Biology (PhD), you master animal models in areas such as oncology or neuro / cardiovascular therapeutic areas with good experience in pharmacology
2.Besides PhD, you have gained at least 3 years working experience in the research environment, including an ideal part of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, where you have had the opportunity to manage studies and supervise providers
3.Speak and write fluently English, fluency in Chinese and French would be preferred
4.Personal qualities, skills, curiosity, rigor allowing you to integrate into our scientific team
5.Enthusiastic, have a sense of result, willingness to travel and to invest in a dynamic and expanding structure
