Main Responsibilities & Tasks1.Maintain existing projects and actively develop new business, form and strengthen the customer relationship with all the working departments, collect commercial information including project pipeline, competitors, customer expectations, customer organizational development plan, facilitate the business negotiations and signing the strategic agreements between parties. 2.Perform daily sales activities, for example CRM management, forecast/order management, contract review, receivables collection, reports on customer visits etc.3.Facilitate engineering discussion and project support between customer’s and Spellman’s technical teams.4.Gather business intelligence of responsible markets and customers and report the data with analysis to Sales Director China.5.Actively participating in the strategic discussions in business growth.6.Serve as a subject matter expert for Spellman’s OEM products for training and support of Chinese regional sales force.7.Write appropriate internal reports for management regarding accounts and developments in the Chinese market.8.Report regularly work schedule and progress to the Sales Director of Spellman China.9.Regular and irregular visits to customers as needed by business and distribute the visit report as required.10.Participate in ****uation activities for designing development，engineering change and other customer related activities, for example customer audit etc. when necessary.11.Assist to execute and maintain the quality management systems, including quality, environment, health and safety, such as ISO 9001, ISO13485 & QSR820, etc.12.Complete other jobs and tasks assigned by Sales Director China.Job Requirements & Competencies1. Bachelor or above degree in Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Science, or equivalents.2. At least 5 years of experience in key account management. 3. Experience with X-ray product or high voltage power supply or experiences with similar customers is a plus.4. Familiar with management systems ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO13485 & QSR820 and PRC’s safety Production laws and regulations, etc.5. Good English skills in speaking and writing.6. Good understanding, communication and interpersonal skills.7. Willing and able to travel intensively. Able to drive.8. Represent the company, maintain the customer relationships at the company platforms.9. Self-command, self-motivated, accountable and good teamwork.
