Position OverviewAXIS International School is seeking an AI Applications and Operations Optimization Manager to drive the practical implementation of AI, automation tools, and digital platforms across the school’s day-to-day work environment, with the goal of improving teaching support, administrative operations, and overall organizational efficiency.The core purpose of this role is not simply to train teachers on how to use individual tools, nor to remain at the level of technical support. Instead, this position is expected to proactively identify inefficiencies in school and management workflows, integrate appropriate tools and processes, and turn AI and automation into real productivity gains. The role should help teachers and administrative staff reduce repetitive, low-value tasks so they can devote more time to thinking, judgment, communication, and other higher-value work.?Key Responsibilities1. Drive the Implementation of AI Applications?Identify practical use cases for AI across teaching, management, and school operations, and support their implementation?Apply AI to concrete tasks such as lesson preparation support, material organization, data analysis, communication support, and workflow improvement?Work closely with teachers, administrative staff, and school leadership to continuously improve the use and impact of AI2. Promote Operational Automation and Efficiency Improvement?Identify repetitive and inefficient workflows and design automation solutions?Integrate the school’s existing digital tools and platforms to improve cross-departmental collaboration?Help establish more efficient workflows and reduce repetitive manual work3. Support Data Integration and Intelligent Applications?Assist in integrating data from different systems to improve information flow and usability?Support basic data analysis, reporting improvements, and management decision support?Contribute to the school’s practice in data standardization and AI-enabled analysis4. Advance Innovation Pilots and Scaling?Stay informed about developments in AI, automation, and productivity tools?Proactively propose, test, and refine new application scenarios?Start with small-scale pilots and gradually develop practices that can be replicated and scaled across the school5. Support the School’s Digital Transformation?Work collaboratively with IT, academic, and management teams to ensure technology genuinely supports school development?Help the school gradually build smarter and more efficient ways of working?Where appropriate, support school leaders in optimizing their own workflows and productivity?RequirementsEssential Qualifications?Bachelor’s degree or above?Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and execution skills?Clear enthusiasm for AI applications, digital tools, automation, and efficiency improvement?Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and drive implementation?Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departmentsPreferred Qualifications?Experience in AI applications, process improvement, operational automation, project management, or educational technology?Familiarity with data tools such as Excel and Google Sheets?Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and an understanding of their practical applications?Experience using automation or collaboration tools such as Make, Zapier, Notion, and Airtable?SQL, Python, or basic data analysis skills preferred?Experience in international schools, educational institutions, or cross-cultural working environments preferred?We Hope You Are Someone Who?Has strong curiosity about new technologies and new ways of working?Does not simply use tools, but thinks about how tools can genuinely solve problems?Is willing to take initiative, keep improving, and make things happen?Can turn ideas into processes and technology into results
