一、課程建設 Curriculum Development1.課程規(guī)劃與設計 Curriculum Plan & Design(1)制定教學計劃:教師需依據學校的教學目標和課程標準,規(guī)劃學期、單元及課時教學計劃,確保教學順序與節(jié)奏可達成教學目標。(2)課程設計:針對不同年齡段設計適合學生認知能力和習慣的課程,運用多樣化、符合學習科學的教學方法與資源,促進學生對于學科概念和方法的深度理解和應用。課程設計同時需注重跨學科學習和雙語學習體驗。 (3)課程創(chuàng)新與優(yōu)化:結合課程實施的實際情況和教育行業(yè)的前沿實踐,不斷優(yōu)化課程內容,持續(xù)迭代開發(fā)與教育理念相契合的課程。(1) Planning: Teachers are required to plan semester, unit, and lesson plans based on the Mingwan School's goals and curriculum standards to ensure that the sequence and pace of instruction achieves the goals of the class.(2) Curriculum design: The curriculum is designed to fit the cognitive abilities and habits of students of different age groups, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources that are consistent with the science of learning, and promoting students' deep understanding and application of subject matter concepts and methods.
