一、課程建設 Curriculum Development1.課程規(guī)劃與設計 Curriculum Plan & Design（1）制定教學計劃：教師需依據學校的教學目標和課程標準，規(guī)劃學期、單元及課時教學計劃，確保教學順序與節(jié)奏可達成教學目標。（2）課程設計：針對不同年齡段設計適合學生認知能力和習慣的課程，運用多樣化、符合學習科學的教學方法與資源，促進學生對于學科概念和方法的深度理解和應用。課程設計同時需注重跨學科學習和雙語學習體驗。 （3）課程創(chuàng)新與優(yōu)化：結合課程實施的實際情況和教育行業(yè)的前沿實踐，不斷優(yōu)化課程內容，持續(xù)迭代開發(fā)與教育理念相契合的課程。(1) Planning: Teachers are required to plan semester, unit, and lesson plans based on the Mingwan School's goals and curriculum standards to ensure that the sequence and pace of instruction achieves the goals of the class.(2) Curriculum design: The curriculum is designed to fit the cognitive abilities and habits of students of different age groups, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources that are consistent with the science of learning, and promoting students' deep understanding and application of subject matter concepts and methods. Curriculum design should also emphasize interdisciplinary learning and bilingual learning experience. (2) Pay attention to students' mental health, provide timely care and assistance, support students with special needs, and collaborate with professionals to provide assistance. (3) Create a safe and inclusive campus environment, respect students' views, encourage the **** of opinions, and provide tolerance and encouragement for mistakes and failures.四、團隊協作與專業(yè)發(fā)展 Teamwork & Professional Development （1） 積極參與學校的團隊協作工作，包括集體教研、選修課授課、帶領學生社團及競賽項目、師生活動策劃和組織、突發(fā)事件處理等，為團隊做出正向貢獻。 （2） 參與各類專業(yè)培訓、會議，分享優(yōu)秀且契合的實踐和創(chuàng)新方法，同時設定自己的專業(yè)發(fā)展目標，在學校的支持下不斷提升自己和團隊的專業(yè)能力。 (1) Actively participate in the school's teamwork work, including group teaching and research, teaching elective courses, leading student clubs and competition projects, planning and organizing activities for teachers and students, and handling emergencies, etc., and make positive contributions to the team. (2) Organize or participate in home-school activities, such as open days, parent-child activities, parent classes, clubs, volunteer activities, etc., to build a good home-school relationship.六、其他行政職責 Other Administrative Duties (1)完成學校安排的學生活動看護職責，包括早間體育活動、午餐及午休、大課間等。 (2)注意儀表形象，衣著整潔大方得體，言行舉止優(yōu)雅文明，遵守作息時間，準時上下課，專注教學工作。 (3)遵循課程安排與教學管理制度，未經批準不得擅自調整課程。 (4)上級領導根據實際工作合理分配的其他職責。 (1) Complete caretaking duties for student activities arranged by the school, including morning physical activities, lunch and lunch break, and recess. (2) Pay attention to the appearance of the instrument, neat and tidy clothes, elegant and civilized speech and behavior, to comply with the work and rest time, on time to class, focus on teaching work. (3) Follow the curriculum and teaching management system, and do not adjust the curriculum without approval.
