efficiency, and reduce labor costs.)??推動人力資源流程數(shù)字化落地,配合IT部門優(yōu)化HR系統(tǒng)(在區(qū)域內(nèi)的應用,指導區(qū)域用戶規(guī)范操作系統(tǒng),提升流程線上化率。(Promote the digital implementation of HR processes, cooperate ****)???本科及以上學歷,人力資源管理、工商管理、勞動法等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。(Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Labor Law or related fields is preferred.)工作經(jīng)驗(Work Experience)??3-5年以上人力資源流程管理經(jīng)驗,具備亞太區(qū)域跨國家/地區(qū)人力資源流程統(tǒng)籌能力,有帶領小團隊經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,熟悉多個亞太國家/地區(qū)人力資源合規(guī)政策及HR系統(tǒng)操作。(Supervisor Level: More than 3-5 years of HR process management experience with the ability to coordinate HR processes across countries/regions in the APAC region experience in leading small teams is preferred familiar with HR compliance policies and HR system operations in multiple APAC countries/regions.)??有跨國企業(yè)HR服務交付相關經(jīng)驗、熟悉Payroll流程及HR系統(tǒng)(SuccessFactors)者優(yōu)先。(Experience in HR service delivery in MNCs such as Innomotics, and
