主要職責(zé)Duties & Responsibilities1. 招生Admissions ?確保學(xué)校的公眾形象與家長和學(xué)生的需求保持一致，體現(xiàn)學(xué)校的核心價值與教育理念。Ensure that the school’s public image is aligned with the needs and expectations of parents and students, while reflecting the school’s core values and educational philosophy.?完成年度招生目標(biāo)，積極推動招生計劃的實施。Achieve annual enrollment targets and actively support the implementation of recruitment strategies.?參與各類招生宣傳活動，維護并拓展合作伙伴關(guān)系，提升學(xué)校品牌影響力。Participate in admission and promotional events, maintain and expand relationships with key partners, and enhance the school’s brand presence.?保持準(zhǔn)確的入學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)，定期跟蹤、分析當(dāng)年及往年入學(xué)趨勢，為招生策略提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。Maintain accurate enrollment data, track and analyze current and historical trends, and provide data insights to support admissions planning.2. 市場Marketing ?負(fù)責(zé)對學(xué)校的品牌和對外形象維護Take responsibility for the branding and the outward image of the School ?保持與媒體的廣泛聯(lián)絡(luò)，包括但不限于:學(xué)校的網(wǎng)頁，外部媒體，學(xué)校雜志，年鑒，新媒體Celebrate news of the school activities locally, regionally and internationally in a wide range of targeted media, including but not limited to the school web pages School magazines yearbooks the press ?參與整理高質(zhì)量的公開文件，以支持學(xué)生的入學(xué)和招生Prepare a range of quality, public documents to support enrolment and recruitment of student. 3. 交流Communications ?參與、傾聽并回應(yīng)家長的意見，在問題出現(xiàn)之前就發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，并提出解決方案Engage, listen and respond to the parent body, picking up on issues before they arise and putting forward plans to deal with them. ?參與策劃全校范圍內(nèi)的慶?；顒雍凸俜皆L問；Take part in the planning of all School wide events celebrations and official visits.任職要求Skills and Experience Required?相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷Bachelor's degree and above.?具有5年以上的招生和市場營銷部門/機構(gòu)的工作經(jīng)驗。With above 5 years’ experience in Admissions & Marketing Department/ Agency in an education related industry within a school context.?卓越的溝通和人際關(guān)系技巧。Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills. ?較強的家校溝通能力。Strong parents-school communication skills?熟悉數(shù)字營銷和社交媒體。Familiar with digital marketing and social media ?具有良好的英文溝通能力和服務(wù)意識Fluent in English and good service skills?可根據(jù)工作需要接受出差安排。Willing to travel as required for work assignments.
